Refund and Returns Policy

At Tarotista Gems, we take pride in carefully selecting and inspecting every crystal bracelet before it is shipped. As our products are made from natural gemstones, we encourage customers to read this policy before placing an order.
1. Change of Mind
All sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Color or pattern preference
- Gift recipient preference
Please review all product details before completing your purchase.
2. Natural Crystal Characteristics
Every crystal is naturally unique.
Variations in color, inclusions, texture, pattern, transparency, and bead appearance are normal characteristics of genuine natural stones and are not considered defects.
For this reason, these natural variations are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Wrong Item or Damaged Item
If you receive:
- the wrong product, or
- an item that arrived significantly damaged,
you may request either:
- a replacement (subject to availability), or
- a refund to your original payment method.
All requests are subject to verification and approval by Tarotista Gems.
4. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a claim, customers must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order;
- Provide the order number;
- Submit clear photos of the product and packaging; and
- An unboxing video is strongly required to support claims involving missing, incorrect, or damaged items.
- The absence of an unboxing video may limit our ability to verify the claim and may result in the denial of a replacement or refund request.
- Tarotista Gems reserves the right to evaluate each claim based on the available evidence.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
5. Return of Item
If a replacement or refund is approved, the original item may need to be returned to Tarotista Gems.
Returned products must:
- be in their original condition;
- include all original packaging and accessories; and
- show no signs of misuse, alteration, or intentional damage.
Failure to return the approved item when requested may result in cancellation of the replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping
For approved claims involving a wrong item or verified damage upon arrival, Tarotista Gems may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or provide an alternative return arrangement, at its sole discretion.
Claims that are not approved or are found to be outside this policy shall remain the customer’s responsibility.
7. Sale and Promotional Items
Products purchased during promotions, discounts, clearance sales, or using coupon codes are considered Final Sale.
These items are not eligible for return or refund unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived significantly damaged.
8. No Custom or Personalized Orders
To ensure consistent quality, inventory accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment, Tarotista Gems currently offers only carefully curated ready-made collections and does not accept custom or personalized orders.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout via PayMongo.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
10. Right to Refuse
Tarotista Gems reserves the right to deny any return, replacement, or refund request that is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, inconsistent with this policy, or unsupported by the required documentation.
