Tarotista Gems is committed to carefully preparing and securely packaging every order. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation and packaging. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Business days exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage
Tarotista Gems currently ships to addresses within the Philippines.
Delivery is handled by our trusted logistics and courier partners. Available shipping options may vary depending on the destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Manila: 1–5 business days
- Luzon: 2–7 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 3–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information, when available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their shipment using the provided tracking details.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Email address
Tarotista Gems shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or the recipient’s unavailability, the order may be returned to Tarotista Gems.
Any additional shipping fees required for re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While Tarotista Gems will gladly assist in coordinating with the courier, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier after investigation, Tarotista Gems will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
8. Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers are encouraged to:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening;
- Record a continuous unboxing video; and
- Contact Tarotista Gems within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may affect our ability to process a claim.
9. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and applicable courier rates.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be subject to their stated terms and conditions.
